    RE: Testosterone Levels

Hi As we age they do go down, but yours does seem lower than they should be for your age, You could try some DHEA, it does have the odd funny side effect with some guys, I have been on it for 8 years along with Tribulus, this takes about8 weeks to get to full power, but these to do work together well.

You could google food that boost testosterone, and a good olive oil will help as well, getting out and doing some regular exercise also helps, other things that could help would be Swedish Flower Pollen and Maca.

But do google all I have told you and do some reading. OK

Without wishing to upset anybody - I have spent the past 12 years studying testosterone, its effects on the body, along with the numerous natural ingredients commonly in use.

Tribulus terrestris is great at boosting libido, but has failed in every single clinical trial to provide even a hint of an increase in testosterone.
Quite frankly - as a direct T booster it DOES NOT WORK.

It never ceases to amaze me just how many manufacturers put it in their T-booster formulas - maybe it has a placebo effect, as science has proved that its completely ineffective.

    RE: Testosterone Levels

Hi There. you are quite right, any reading below 300ng.dl is considered to be low testosterone.. are you experiencing any of its known effects - (reduced energy levels, increased belly fat, poor moods, reduced muscle mass, and of course a sluggish libido) ?
