    Hard/Stiff Vein after Masturbating

Ok so, was masturbating 4 days ago. Finished. Discovered a Hard/Stiff vein below the head of my Penis on the right side under the foreskin that felt as though it was tangled or knotted so to speak. Well massaged it and it seemed to stretch out.

Ok so saw some stuff bout lymph issues after Masturbation. No sex or masturbating til healed then wait another week week after that.

Well been 3 days and haven't done anything besides nightly checks. Well, things got weird and I'd like a second opinion. It has wrapped itself Clockwise starting from the right to now the left side just under foreskin at the rim of my Penis head and its become slightly painful if touched on the left side (not any kinda sharp pain, its hard to explain) as I check to see whether or not the condition has improved daily. It literally feels like the vein goes into the Penis Head on the left side, wraps around Counter-Clockwise to the Right Side then disappears further down the shaft, but it is just a stiff hard vein and right side feels like its got a slight knot for lack of a better term.

Now downside is I'm a bigger guy, 375 lbs and a truck driver so doesn't exactly get the ability to rest and heal easily, it likes to completely contract when I sit and partially contracts when I'm laying down or standing.
Just thought about this as I was typing. Pain is only while erect from where pressure is placed on the vein both from blood filling the shaft and pressure of my finger checking over everything. There's a random pricking feeling here and there when flaccid (or in my case in hiding), but I'm not sure if that is being caused by the same thing. It is harder to see down there so can't be 100% for sure its not a regular vein, but from what I've been able to see it doesn't fit the pattern of the blue vein I see here and there. All the discomfort is centered around the Penis Head and immediate connected shaft area, the rest of it is completely same as its always been.

Just trying to make sure the lymph idea still is the most likely culprit to which case if what I've read is correct it should go away on it's own or if its something more concerning that I need to get home and see a doctor about.

    RE: Hard/Stiff Vein after Masturbating

Hi For one thing veins cant move or get into knots, yes we can move the flesh and the veins in that move then it all moves back and that it, but what you feeling could be a build of plaque inside your veins, now being a lorry driver, bet you eat lots of very unhealthy fried foods, drink lots of sodas, along with junk food as you drive? YES or your would not be the weight you are.

So you need to get on a very good diet keep off any form of soda and including energy drinks, but if you google NOWHARDS MIX this will help get rid of your plaque get your blood zinging round your body, what it will do is eat away all that plaque, this is cholesterol plaque.

Had a blood test lately? get one done ASAP and keep a copy look at the triglycerides numbers, if you stay on the mix your see these numbers come down its the Turmeric in that will do that.

One last thing when you do your truck stops, its time to get out and exercise, get some walking done if you have space to carry a big old tractor tire around with you get it out and do some flips with it, this will do you the world of good, get your heart pumping.

Come back in 3 months and tell how your feeling, if you do the above.

Ok. Only drink water as of 5 months ago with the occasional MTN dew twice a week. I walk 3 miles a day. And I do grocery shopping and cook my own meals not a lot of fast food or greasy foods because they don't sit well with me. I get blood tests every 3 months and everything comes back in healthy ranges, reason for testing is fear of becoming diabetic. Was 400lbs 2 months ago. I've lost almost 30lbs in 2 months.
