    Abnormal Muscle Cramps/fatigue

Okay so i have been having a lot of muscle cramps it has been going on for awhile and i have tried everything i know to try and prevent them and nothing works. My abs actually cramped to the point i couldn't stand up straight without forcing myself out of it with assistance. Okay so here is my stats
    Im 25 years old
    6 feet tall
230 pounds (only 12% body fat Im athletic not overweight)
    I train 4-6 days a week
I drink 2 gallons of water
I take a Animal Pak supplement
i take extra potassium and tried salt as well

so i am properly hydrating and getting 8 hours of sleep every day even after being well rested i feel fatigued and sluggish. I eat a good amount of food and a well balanced diet. I also cook all of my own foods.

If there are any suggestions on what may be causing my fatigue and cramping please let me know.

Ps. if you think it is from over training in the gym i took 4 days off and the 1st day back in cramping resumed

    RE: Abnormal Muscle Cramps/fatigue

Hi When did this all start, like was when or after a week or so taking animal pak, but try going and having a blood test done, as this would be a good place to start. OK

seems like you got all your bases covered. Set an appointment with a neurologist so he or she can test your nerve system...this is not normal especially when you take good care of yourself... do be careful, high amounts of potassium can affect your heart.

Some time ago I also had muscle crump but I was able to get rid of this problem and I think I can help you too. I started consuming SARMS but if you want to try, you should know that quality depends a lot because whether you are just starting your journey with SARMs or are an experienced bodybuilder, it is critical that you purchase the highest quality of SARMs to get the best and safest experience possible. This requires buying from the best SARMs source you can find. Putting a reliable product into your body is vital to building a healthy and strong body that you want.
