    help, I'm 30 and I feel 90

I'm am here seeking the advise or wisdom of anyone who has medical or health knowledge. In short, I'm am having an ED problem. I'am only 30 years old, I've seen my family doctor multiple times and also a urologist. They both have basically said the same thing, that meds are the only answer. Meds that are very expensive and insurance doesn't cover. I've been very frustrated about this for a while now and am beginning to feel just hopeless...feel like the docs won't/can't help me. Basically I'am wondering if there is anything at all I can do to help?? I have been trying extremely hard to eat healthier, take vitamins, stopped drinking, trying to excersise more ext ext. In the last year or so my overall energy level has plummeted. I'm am very concerned that something is causing this that is undiagnosed. As I said I'm just looking for some/any intelligent advise here, and would be very much appreciated. Any food drink or supplament?? I should say that I take an anti-anxiety med called klonopin. Could this be the cause and should I consider stoping it? Thanks in advance to anyone who has any input or advise for me.

Hi Just google this, klonopin and erectile dysfunction, and you see your answer.

This drug you cant just come off cold turkey, do it through your doctor so you slowly wean your self off it, the next as you doing this is to get into meditation, just google anxiety and meditation your see why, its a great help for anxiety, and its something you can do at any time during the day.

It would be a big help if you can find a local group as a way into meditation. OK

thank you very much for taking the time to give advise to someone you don't know and never met, very much appreciated. I'm very concerned that klonopin is causing a problem for me. I take it for anxiety and also sleep. I need the med because I have panic disorder and panic attacks. The whole thing is just becoming extremely frustrating, I just don't feel young anymore, I try to take a multivitamin, but was told they're a waste of money? I don't understand why the doctors couldn't have made the suggestion that you did. Anyway, as I said thanks alot. Any advise is much appreciated.

Ur very welcome I'm 29 to and feel old too. I'll be 30 in July. My doctor has told me I am producing too much testosterone which is making me break out in pimples for the first time ever in my life. I am also feeling like I have a low sex drive now days. These things just started happening to me in the past year and has really been stressing me out. I just have a certain love for the human race for me to adapt too many personalities and be able to relate two things I haven't even experience, and that is all thanks to the Lord above. We just have to remember that we are still very young and if we live the right way which is by following the Lord's way of living, having a relationship with him, health, and Family, we shouldn't have any problems. Like I said I'm not physician but I would recommend not taking any medicine the pharmaceutical chain is very bad I believe. Eating healthy along with stretch and exercise plays a big difference I wish I got into a habit oh involving those things in my life when I first became a mama. I've been trying to keep in mind those things which ultimately get me to the time more than ever in my life, besides when I was in elementary ha ha ha. Well keep me posted I love the fact that I'm able to help people or make people happy when having no schooling just heart . Take It Easy!

Hi wen624. Im a 29 yr old women. Im not a licensed practitioner. I read ur post n hope I can help. I have read n dealt with a partner having a similar issue. First of all of ur healthy u prob don't have E.D. what I have read is that when it comes to a healthy man not being able to erect is all phycological. The questioners are, are u comfortable with the partner ur gonna have sex with, does she/he turn u on? I had a partner who will get hard, only for lil while with intercourse, AFTER ORAL. For pretty the the remainder of our incounter, he stayed soft. He was will good a inserting his penis while it was soft I gotta say...Lol. well anyways we got together quite a few times and only once he was able to erect, and fully ejaculate was when I was on my monthly, weird huh? He had a g friend @ the time, he was on drugs, and other immature issues witch I feel was a factor of him being able to perform. We were usually were in a car, but that one time I was on monthly, we were in a room so mabey that could of made a difference?? Ove all, we shouldn't even be committing adultery. Nothing won't work out without God's blessings but if we choose to do those things, we should be in a comfortable place w/s one were comfortable with(boy/girlfriend) when it comes to sex. Make sure at that time ur mind is clear, ur partner knows n is comfortable with with ur issue, which is not that big of an issue if u think about it. I hope I was able to help a lil.
    God Bless.

Working around the anxieties brought on by ED is complicated… Using an form fit penis sleeve, from RXSleeve is not.

Wether your currently dealing with diabetes, premature ejaculation, a prostatectomy, medication conflicts, or looking to size issues, silicone sleeves are easy to use and will bring relief and satisfaction. Not a cure or ideal solution for most, it will help.
Erectile dysfunction creates high anxiety and adds to the complexity of life. When it comes to sexual intimacy, we are looking and longing for a solution… a simple solution…. a solution that can even enhance our sex lives.
Intimacy with a sleeve may be new and erotically interesting for both. With a little romance and little fantasy your sex life will be satisfying and fun again. Worth giving it a try, I'd say.

Have you ever had your testosterone levels checked? I have studied this subject in great depth, initially because I started suffering from Low T at the age of 48 (it can start to effect men as young as you). Heathy testosterone levels in blood should be between 300ng.dl and 1000ng.dl if the reading is lower, your problem could be low testosterone

Please get yourself checked for Lyme disease. It is much more prevalent than once thought, and there is no reliable test in the US; you must first find a doc who specializes in this field, and have your lab results sent to a laboratory in Europe which will give you a definitive result. The treatment calls for intravenous antibiotics over a substantial period of time, but it DOES work. The first step to curing any illness is to identify what's causing it first. Good luck to you.
