Hello! I hike very rarely, so when I do it, I wear any pair of sports shoes I have. What about running, then I do it every day. When the weather is beautiful, I jog in the park, and when it's raining, I go to the gym. Because of the trauma, I have pain in my knees, and sometimes it can be hard for me to do sport, and I have to buy special shoes for bad knees. Also, I was able to check the price. You can also have a look at that info, and maybe, you'll find a perfect pair for you.
