    RE: Natural options for sleep

    Artificial substances for sleep whether "natural" or not only treat the symptom. Better to attack the problem at the true root.

    The gold standard is CBT sleep training programs. Completely substance free and represents a permanent solution. Much good info online if you're the self help type, or ask your doc for a referral. Good luck.
