    Falling asleep

    I work 2nd shift and when I leave from work to home, I’m wide awake. I eat when I go home and watch some TV. I can’t fall asleep that fast , then I’m up with 6 or so hours of sleep...

    Shift work is tough on sleep, there's just no way around it. Try keeping a very consistent sleep-wake schedule, even on your days off, to the best of your ability. That helps regulate your circadian rhythm. Best solution long term may be to find a day job at some point. Good luck.
