Had an STI panel done... Got a call to come in a week for 'non-urgent' results

So, I've usually gone to an STI clinic to get my results, but this time I went to my family doctor and got a panel done with my regular checkup. Usually, if nothing is wrong, I don't get a call.

However, I just received a call from the clinic. They asked me to come back in and, of course, I freaked out. They said I shouldn't worry and they were non-urgent and booked me to come in NEXT WEEK.

Really, all I am worried about is HIV. I haven't had unprotected sex since my last test. So, my question is, what does this normally mean, to come in for non-urgent results?
