    Tiny white bumps inside vagina?

Hi all, I was doing a little self-exam last night and noticed these tiny white bumps all around my vaginal opening. They kind of look like taste buds. I have been a little bit itchy down there, but I haven’t had any abnormal discharge and there’s no odor. I’m currently on a long-term low-dose antibiotic for recurrent UTIs (which I’m getting switched on Friday anyway) and I’m on day 18 of my cycle, so maybe my bacteria is just all out of whack? I read somewhere that vaginal lumps and bumps like that are usually vestibular papillomatosis and is normal, but from what I’ve seen, the bumps are usually pinkish and not white. My appointment on Friday is with a primary care doctor so I’m not sure how well-versed he is with gynecological health.

I was told they could be genital warts but I’ve already gotten my HPV vaccine. I know there’s that small chance I could still contract it, but my boyfriend’s only sexual partner has been me and he’s clean.
