RE: Red spots on underwear line and down groin and buttocks

Hi, I would say look at the way your washing your underwear and did you change your washing powder 2 to 3 months ago.

Herpes is blisters and not spots, I think your find that's why you was not tested.

No I’ve never changed our washing liquid. No new soaps used either. During Genital HSV outbreak or recurrences. Do spots tend to show up at one time or can they keep showing up for days later???

Hi Are these spots coming at the time of your periods? and a herpes outbreak will be blisters and not just spots.

So if its at the time of your periods or around that time it could be a hormonal problem, and a blood test at or before an outbreak could tell that.

Well, well, but you sound just like a women, but it still could be your hormones as men we do have them as well and we do cycle just like women do, have you never noticed how some parts of the month we drag and the rest we are uplifted, I would say they show on the change in your hormones.

It's probaby just yeast - fairly typical in the places you're most likely to sweat. Try washing more often and also use an OTC yeast treatment cream. It should clear up pretty fast.
