    HPV information needed

    Hi,

I have just gotten diagnosed with genital warts caused by HPV... I'm 25 years old female and I have been abstaining from sex for 9 years due to a really bad experience I had when I was 15. I am really confused as to the way of transmission of the HPV virus.. I have foubd cases on the Internet where people say the virus cand be transmitted through kissing aka saliva. Is this true? Shouldn't I be careful who eats after me or drinks after me? Another aspect which worries me is the probability of developing cancer... head and neck cancers are on the rise and I am constantly worrying about it... The doctor who diagnosed me prescribed Coriolus which is a food supplement ... is this all I can do to improve my health? Do you have any information about it which could be of help to me? Thank you for reading and replying.

    RE: HPV information needed

Hi I don't want you to go into it, but at 15 if this was a sexual thing, it could have been passed to you then with no symptoms showing, it then goes and hides in deep tissue, and comes back when it feels like it, sorry to say.

Have a look through this link below with more links from CDC.

    Good Luck

Hi Look if you find your getting stressful over this, just get into doing meditation, and this will help keep your calm and stress free, if you have no knowledge of meditation find a local group to teach you the art of meditation, once you know your have it for life.

You can read up about it, just google stress and meditation and do some reading.
