RE: Ball licking, kissing, oral sex with mouth sore

Absolutely. Any open sores in the mouth can give you a risk to certain STD's, one would be specifically herpes. If your sores are a form of herpes themselves, you are giving this to those you are encountering and that is extremely contagious and it is not curable. HIV is a risk, and you don't need a sore for that.

RE: Ball licking, kissing, oral sex with mouth sore

Hi your best bet is to get to your local sexual health/GUM clinic and see the staff there and get yourself tested ASAP

Your find the staff very helpful and remember its there field of work.

    Best advice. OK

RE: Ball licking, kissing, oral sex with mouth sore

Let's back off on one aspect of all of this please. HIV is really NOT a risk from oral sex (and certainly NOT from licking testicles); however, the presence of an open (i.e., BLEEDING) mouth sore can be considered an "open portal" into the body in which the virus could enter the system.

However, as a general rule, the estimated risk of HIV transmission from oral sex (both giving and receiving) is .5 to 1 per 10,000 exposures with a source KNOWN to carry the virus. Your risk would be less since you cannot confirm this persons status.

Actually ive already had a result for hiv, hepa b and c. . And it came back negative. .

I just need to go back to my country just to perform std test. .

Ok then. .so i just need to clear things. . All bacterial std's can be cured?. .(e.g syphilis, gono) but viral std's cannot? (E.g herpes etc)

Syphilis is easy to cure in its early stages. If let untreated until later stages there can be much damage to the human body. Because viruses have the ability to mutate quickly finding a cure for these is much more difficult. I hope this makes sense.
