    (1) Could also be dry mouth, either because you don't drink enough water (plain water) or have a medical condition. (2) Do you floss and brush 2x per day? (3) Smoke? (4) Eat nasty weeds?

    RE: Bad Breath

Often bad breath is caused by the bacteria that creates plaque. This bacteria thrives on sugar, which is in almost everything we eat. Xylitol is a safe natural sweetener that is almost identical to sugar, except this harmful bacteria can't metabolize it and starves. Minimize this bacteria and your bad breath will no longer be a problem.

Use a Xylitol based toothpaste, Xylitol water flosser, Xylitol mints and/or Xylitol gum.

    RE: Bad Breath

There's a ton of both potential sources of the problem and potential solutions to the issue. First and foremost reason for the bad breath is an extensive number of bacteria in your mouth, which can occur because of remaining food particles which rote or give a source for bacteria to strive on it. The second is a diet. Is it ok with you? I think that there's no need to describe what is healthy and what isn't. Anyone can answer this. It's not that easy to fix it with our lifestyle, but it's not entirely impossible. Anyway, in my case the problem was solved only by a proper dental flosser Namely by this one https://healthincenter.com/best-waterpik-water-flosser/ . Hope it helps!

    RE: Bad Breath

Make sure your brushing your tongue and using mouthwash so make sure not to just brush your teeth and always finish with a minty smelling mouthwash

Keep a little bottle in your vehicle, coat pocket or office desk to have when needed

It also helps to keep a supply of breath mints and keep some in your pocket for that emergency freshen up

I prefer Ice mints/gum while my SO like listerine strips that dissolve on your tongue
