False negative drug test by blood

The night before I went to my neurologist appointment I had to go to the ER which they gave me an IV and pain meds along with a steroid. The next day I was drug tested by my blood and the results came back negative. I have no clue how all the meds I take for my condition didn’t show up. I take sleeping meds antidepressant, pain meds, anxiety meds, muscle relaxers and plaqunil from my rheumatologist. Please someone help me understand how nothing showed up. With all the drug laws out now they think I’m selling my drugs and not taking them. And cut me off, I have no ideal what to do. Thanks for reading.

RE: False negative drug test by blood

Well, buddy, didn't you make any detox shake will all these meds? I had such a situation, but it was after a lot of meds and I used them simultaneously. There may be also a chance that the pharmacist gave your detox pills instead of the pills you should get, I used ... detox pills and all the pills I took were taken out. I took this treatment after I used pills for headaches.

Each blood test is taken for a very specific purpose or result, unless a test is requested for traces of a specific medical drug, it won't show in any other blood test?

I am not an expert, but I think that they gave you a drug test with a low accuracy. I think that if you will take the drug test a few more times, it will show a positive result. Or maybe you should take another drug test which is more accurate. For example the saliva drug test from https://testcountry.com/pages/saliva-drug-test is very efficient and accurate as far as I know. I have some friends that were tested with this certain drug test, and it has always shown a positive result.
