    Swollen Lymph Nodes

I'm 53yo, with Lupus and just had my infusion last Friday. Sunday, I noticed a lump below my right ear, the size of a pea that was tender to the touch. Today, the lump grew the size of a small pebble, and still tender to the touch and it hurts quite a bit when I raise my head. I recently had been nursing a head cold and just been getting over it. I never had experienced a swollen lymph node before. Can you tell me what this is all about and why this happens? Should I monitor the growth? I don't see my specialist for another three weeks.

    RE: Swollen Lymph Nodes

I personally know a 65yo lady who's had lupus in her family....lost her mother and sister at early ages due to lupus. This lady, named Sue, has used Doterra oil and capsule therapy and her test results have gone from a count of 2000, down to 200 with taking the oils topically, but after taking certain capsules, she has now tested a ZERO count....unheard of apparently with lupus, which the medical community say CANNOT be cured. She is making history at the moment. I can put you in touch with her if you're interested :)

    RE: Swollen Lymph Nodes

I have Lupus also and last year was put in the hospital due to an abscess. The attending told me my lymph node was measuring 1.7cm and I needed to tell my Primary. I did he could care less due to the fact I have so much wrong. I think he's just over whelmed . But I would like to know more about it as well.
