Gurgling right flank lower right back

    Hello,
I am a little over a month since my open heart surgery, I am getting a strange symptoms, when lying down, I get a gurgling sound on my right side and lower back, last night it hurt to breath, if I stand up, or sit up straight, it goes away (mostly) has anyone experienced this ? so far the doctors haven't been too much help, they say might be my body reabsorbing a small amount of fluids from lungs from surgery or from fluids from chest tubes. I am trying to avoid going to the emergency room, as it is usually a waste of time, will keep bugging my doctors Monday (tomorrow) Thank you in advance
