LDL
My recent blood work shows LDL cholesterol of 112 H.
Is this something to worry about? Change my diet?
I eat healthy, exercise everyday - training for a half marathon. Is it something I am eating, not eating.
Cholesteral total 188
HDL - 58
Triglycerides 82
Chol ratio - 3.2
Non HDL cholesterol - 138 H
