    Fibromyalgia pain forever

Hey everyone! Glad I found this site. Been suffering since 1995. Getting worse as I get older. Really takes the life out of me. Lately it’s been acid reflux and daily chest/back pain. Feels like my ribs. Had Dr appt last week. Taking Rx for acid. It’s scary not knowing. Every test is expensive and it’s an ongoing cycle of aches and pains and medications. I don’t sleep well at all. Stopped taking pills to try to clear out the chemicals in my body. I’m up every few hrs. I’ve tried so many Rx’s I’m sick if it. Everyone says to try CBD oil. Does anyone use it??? Recommend?????thx for listening !!!!!!

    RE: Fibromyalgia pain forever

I'm also getting off all meds for the same reason! Yes, I'm using medical cannibas for the nerve pain and sleep. It helps me quite a bit. The CBD oils work for a lot of people but I'm coming off 15 years of pills so I need more for now. Also, cbd doesn't help sleep as well as the edibles or vaping with some thc.

: I'm doing the same. Glad you mentioned that. Since cannibas is recreational in most states now I've noticed the THC/CBC oils, or edibles have lowered their doses, it doesn't seem to be working unless I eat a whole bag of gummies just to get a good night sleep because the government thinks this is soooo dangerous they are NOT making the higher milligrams any more. Well that doesn't work for people who are getting off opiates!! We need the stronger strength at first. Not to mention they raised the prices and tax so now I can't afford to get what I need. I'd love for the pharmacology, government and doctors to walk a day in our shoes, then lets see who's crying!! I have FM/CFS almost 30 years and I'm only 58 but my life style is as if I were 90. Anyway my point is cannibas and cbd oil works well if you're not tolerate to opiates. If you're doctor allows it and you want to take opiates with lower doses of cbd oil in helps even better.

Yes cbd oil helps. I just can't afford it. I've had Fibro since 95 also. Has slowed me down a lot I don't sleep either. Working us difficult. Learned to rest and eat well. No preservatives. No white bleached foods. No aluminum! Do easy exercise and stretches. I have to wear cushy Skechers sneakers or else my feet and legs ache too much. It's an awful illness. I just was sick for 2 weeks w upper respiratory infection. Coughing so hard my upper body spammed. Incredible pain! I'm worn out. Can't sleep. My roommate doesn't understand. It's a daily struggle. Good luck everyone !

        What is CBD oil?

: cbd oil is basically hemp oil. It doesn't get you high as it doesn't have THC in it which is what gets you high from marijuana. I just started taking it and it seems to be helping.

    RE: Fibromyalgia pain forever

I have another natural solution. Fibro is an autoimmune disorder and all autoimmune disorders are linked directly to the gut (candida in the gut to be specific) I take some amazing natural supplements that actually kill off the candida and replenish your gut. Ibs is linked to candida as well. This is what I suffered with my whole life. After these products I feel like a brand new person. Please feel free to email me for more information. hkidd1230@gmail.com

Sounds like costrocondritis in the rib area. NSAIDS can help with that pain. It's fairly common with Fibromyalgia.

    RE: Fibromyalgia pain forever

I’ve had fibromyalgia for nearly 30 yrs. Before pain meds, I had no life. In 2001 I was put on various meds, ie; narcotics for 3 yrs., then Lyrica and ultram and this has helped me about 30 % of my pain. Exercise helps also. Being around people drains my energy
