    Exudative Retinal Detachment

Needing some advice from any specialist monitoring.

I had an area of schish which had shallow retinal fluid; the surgeon opted to create a barrier around it; from 10 o'clock to 5'clock; this was done in April and that has held.

Then in May, CSR showed up and i was told there is fluid on the periphery from 3'oclock to 1 oclock (as I see in vision). there was shallow fluid at the top as well.

After a few followups, there was no tear, it was ruled to be exudative retinopathy; the flareups are closely tied to stress as well. fluid comes up when i am in high stress situation. 5 days back same issue happened and more fluid accumulated.

I was put on spironolactone 25mg/one per day; that did not really help much. I was to see the surgeon once more in 20 days from now.

My suspicion is related to the laser barrier; did it affect the pump's ability to work. This has been an issue post laser.

What I can do to improve this condition and what options do I have e.g. laser barrier - this would further agrevate.
