At the end of my rope

I am a woman in my 40s with ongoing, undiagnosed stomach issues going on 7 years now. It all started with a health issue that had me consistently in bed most of the time for a month. Symptoms included extreme fatigue, headaches, constipation, nausea, vomiting. I went to a naturopath who prescribed a lot of supplements and changed my diet to increase my liver health. I lost weight, had a clear head and it was ok for awhile. I continued on the diet, which included no sugar, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, wheat, dairy, etc. The standard. I also had an allergy test which came up with pet hair, dust and a certain tree bark (weird). Those allergies are gone now. But, I still experienced the occasional stomach nausea, headache. I can't tell you how many times I have ruined fun times. Then, we moved to Belgium.

Now, even though I have completely cut out refined sugars, wheat/flours/etc, alcohol, most processed foods, caffeine, eat locally and seasonally and take a variety of supplements, I have been getting worse. More extreme headaches, full body aches, nausea, increased heart rate, depression. My new naturopath has me on Kelp, Magnesium, Glutathione, Mastic Gum and trying some alternative chiropractic treatments.

I went to the doctor and had a blood test done, nothing came up. So, I just don't know what to do. Has anyone had a similar experience? I don't know how much more I can take.
