    Cure for acid stomach and reflux GERD

    I suffered from GERD for over 50 years and now it is completely gone. I never suspected bread to be the main source of GERD. Now I know it is bread, flour products, corn, potatoes, and rice. They all convert to sugars. Eating a lot of vegetables with protein completely removed GERD, ulcers, arthritis pain, regained my memory, put Crohn’s in remission, stopped swelling of my leg identified as Dr Behset syndrome, and stopped Vertigo and dizziness. Interesting that finally I was able to understand how my system worked and it responds to my remedies. I hope this information will help others.
