    RE: Since 2015 I was told I had t2d

Nobody, here, mentions this one little fact about all metabolic diseases or conditions that are rooted in "inflammation"?

If you eat a healthy, whole, fresh, plant based diet & kick the sugar, get "moderate" exercise, daily, minimize stress, drink lots of water and get plenty of rest, inflammation lessens...

And, if the inflammation, lessens, the disease dissipates (ie. "REVERSES").

That's why people who reverse their T2 Diabetes discover a cool, little benefit...

    They also lose the weight...
    Their blood pressure tumbles...
Their triglycerides fall and their HDL climbs...
Their arthritis or neuropathy is easily manageable...
    Their COPD starts to improve...
Their IBS doesn't have them running to the toilet, anymore...
They stop getting gout or gerd..
They no longer need to use the CPAP...
and, in the case of my big sister, her stage 4 brain cancer, is now, in it's 4th year of remission.

Why do gastric bypass patients often "lose" their Type 2 Diabetes in a few short weeks after the procedure and well before all the weight loss?

It's because they can hardly eat (thus, no more inflammation).

You don't treat a broker arm with drugs.
So, why in the hell, do people "believe" that Type 2 Diabetes requires drugs?

Answer: Because, we're lemmings. No questions. Just, follow...
