    Supplements after bypass surgery

    I had a gastric bypass 8 yrs ago. Please consider this a last resort. Everything that could go wrong did: infections, bone breaks, kidney failure...... Short version: You can no longer absorb the vitamins and nutrients you need to stay healthy.     How often should you weigh yourself?

    I've heard different opinions on this and just wanted to see what camp everyone else is in. Do you weight yourself every day? Every week? Once a month? Never? I usually step on the scale when I get out of the shower. Lately I've noticed that I feel bad about myself when the numbers creep up some. I know your weight changes day to day but I don't know if maybe I'm doing myself a disservice by putting so much emphasis on the scale numbers. I have a friend who swore off the scale entirely....

    Confused

    I have been walking 30 to 40 minutes at least 4 days a week, yoga and stretching for 10 to 20 minutes 3 days a week, Squats 35 so far and 25 counter pushups. The problem is I am gaining weight. I just started working in June after being out since last October for brain surgery and I was loosing weight(224 lbs) now I am at 245 lbs. I really need some help. :(

    I'm always hungry

    Ok say I eat breakfast but I'm not hungry then after breakfast all I want to do is eat all day. If I don't eat breakfast I'm fine and don't really wanna eat at all. I've tried eating brunch to see if that will work nope. No matter what time of the day I eat 1st I want to eat for the rest of the day and I never seem to get full. I'm 5feet tall and weight 185. Can't seem to lose weight even when I workout and eat right. What is going on?
