    Dull ache in leg

For a few years now I have had this dull ache in my leg that comes and goes. It doesn't bother me too much but is uncomfortable. It doesn't hurt to touch and is not tender or red. I find that when I stretch it or move around it tends to go away and when my leg isn't moving is when it often occurs. The earliest I can recall it happening was probably around 3 years ago when I was 14. It may have occurred before then but for some reasons thats when I specifically remembering it happening. I also have two rather large moles on my thigh on the same leg as where the pain occurs but the moles do look quite normal and I have had them for a long time but I am wondering if that could have anything to do with it. Could it also possibly be a circulation issue as I was born with a heart condition which effects my blood flow due to a valve being slightly thicker than normal. If these aren't the reasons then what may possibly be causing this and should I be worried?
