    RE: seeking info

Lasik eye surgery is permanent. However, the original surgery can be "tweaked" to refine it. Many physicians allow you to pay a little more and thus get free tweaks or refinements to your original surgery. Be sure that the doctor you go to makes sure you are a good candidate for Lasik. Some people's corneas are too thin to safely have this type of surgery. This is just one reason why it is important to know how many Lasik surgeries your physician has performed, and patient satisfaction with their surgery. Also, the least expensive option is very often not your best choice. You only have two eyes, and they deserve the best treatment and care possible as they are irreplaceable.
