Double Dosing my 4 year old of vaccines

My daughter's doctors staff did not take record of her for year old shots that occurred back in Nov 2016, I can't get her enrolled into school if it's not on her record but I know they were done because I was there holding her... My question is can a double dose of these vaccines harm her health or mental capacity in any way? I don't want to have her double dosed but I don't want to hold her back from her education either. Effective Parenting

Firm: Consequences should be clearly stated and then adhered to when the inappropriate behaviour occurs. Fair: The punishment should fit the offence. Also in the case of recurring behaviour, consequences should be stated in advance so the child knows what to expect. Harsh punishment is not necessary. Also, use of reward for a period of time would also gives good results. Friendly: Use a friendly but firm communication style when letting a children know they have behaved inappropriately and let them....
